Pentecost Students and Associates (PENSA) has long been a body of the church, which unifies students and alumni and equips them for service in God's Kingdom business. This ministry is evangelistic in nature and relies on peer network approach to reach students of all educational pursuits and allied professionals for Christ. PENSA in Florida District organize programs such as: Money Management, High Blood Pressure, Career Planning, Mentor-Mentee program, Praise and Worship Nights, to relate to the youth.

The ministry is under the leadership of District Leader Elder Noah Gyimah of the Tampa and PIWC Assemblies.
